Presently Tracey is with the law firm of Drescher & Sharp, where he concentrates on healthcare law, personal injury and employment issues. Tracey graduated from Princeton University in 1991, where he was the recipient of the Frederick Douglass Class Leadership Award and involved in several student and community service activities. Additionally, he is a 1994 graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Law. While attending law school, he worked as a Law Clerk for Judge Marietta Shipley. He is currently serving in the Tennessee Air National Guard as a Deputy Staff Judge Advocate at the rank of Major. In this capacity, he coordinates and advises commanders on all military criminal and civil matters. He served on active duty in the United States Air Force from 1995 to 1999 at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Mississippi, and entered the Guard following active duty. Tracey is extremely active in his community, where he serves on the Board of the Boy Scouts of America, Middle Tennessee Council, Nashville Black Chamber of Commerce, Stormwater Management Committee for Metropolitan Davidson County Government, Matthew Walker Comprehensive Health Center, InSpire Magazine, ILEAD Institute, and previously with United Way. He is also a minister at the Living Word Community Church. Tracey is married to Rhonda Scott Kinslow and the proud father of three children.
