

Tracey Kinslow concentrates his mediation practice on employment, labor, and healthcare disputes due to his diverse experience while at HCA corporate headquarters in Nashville and in his community. At HCA, Tracey served as a Senior Labor and Employment Counsel. In this role, he provided legal advice to 200 hospitals and 70 outpatient surgery centers concerning labor and employment, ranging from discrimination issues to disability and wrongful termination issues. Tracey supervised and worked with outside counsel to handle all aspects of employment litigation. From there he worked as the Assistant Vice President of Contracting and Supplier Diversity in HCA’s Supply Chain Division, where he focused his efforts on increasing HCA’s business relationships with minority and women-owned business enterprises. His strong interpersonal skills and business acumen made him very effective at working closely with all levels of management to resolve organizational issues and achieve business objectives.
In 2006, Tracey utilized his talents and experience to form his own company, T2K Consultant Group, LLC. T2K provides business consulting services to start-up businesses; diversity consulting and training for mid-size to large corporations; and executive recruitment services to corporations.
Tracey graduated from Princeton University in 1991, where he was the recipient of the Frederick Douglass Class Leadership Award and involved in several student and community service activities. Additionally, he is a 1994 graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Law. While attending law school, he worked as a Law Clerk for Judge Marietta Shipley. He is currently serving in the Tennessee Air National Guard as a Deputy Staff Judge Advocate at the rank of Major. In this capacity, he coordinates and advises commanders on all military criminal and civil matters. He served on active duty in the United States Air Force from 1995 to 1999 at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Mississippi, and entered the Guard following active duty.
Tracey is extremely active in his community, where he serves on the Board of the Boy Scouts of America, Middle Tennessee Council, Nashville Black Chamber of Commerce, Stormwater Management Committee for Metropolitan Davidson County Government, Matthew Walker Comprehensive Health Center, InSpire Magazine, ILEAD Institute, and previously with United Way. He is also a minister at the Living Word Community Church.
Tracey is the proud father of two children, Trinity and Josiah.|
