Fees:

There will be an Administrative Fee of $200  per mediation for civil mediations and family mediations of longer duration divided between the parties.

The Administrative Fee for arbitrations is a minimum of $300 per non-complex arbitrations.  The fee for more complex arbitrations will be greater.   The fee will be paid by the requesting party or divided as agreed.

For Appellate Mediations in  Worker's Comp cases, the fee is $225 per hour with a  two hour minimum with  no Administrative Fee.
