The Evans Matter is a 12 minute video which depicts a typical family mediation about a couple who have two children.  In the first scene, you will see the court direct the parties to go to mediation to determine their Parenting Plan.  Mediation can begin by the agreement of the parties to go to mediation at the beginning of a divorce, without first going to court.  The second scene shows the devastation of argument between the parents in front of the children.  The next scene shows the parties at an actual mediation which successfully creates Parenting Plan that is approved by the court.
